Form Analysis

These videos help me evaluate your current movement patterns so I can program effectively for you.

What to submit:

1. Deadlift

Use a barbell if available; otherwise, dumbbells work just fine.

2. Squat

If you have a dumbbell or kettlebell, hold it in front of your chest. Otherwise, body weight is fine. Depth: Go as low as feels natural for you.
